Midway Ranch
Description
Midway Ranch is a highly productive ranch located in western Houston County along the banks of the Trinity River. Approximately 700 acres of improved pastures for ranching, 600 acres of fertile soils for row cropping, and 200 acres of woods along the river make up the composition of this place. There is a levee system on the ranch to help hold the river at bay during heavy rain events. Lots of water here thanks to artesian wells, irrigation well, and large storage reservoir. Structural improvements on the ranch include a large metal shop building on a slab with an office located inside and a nice newer brick home. Other improvements include working pens, good interior cross fencing, roads, and perimeter fences. Contact us today for more information or to schedule your private showing of Midway Ranch!
